We’re well and truly grown up now – we’ve moved into seriously smart offices on The Grove in Ilkley and what’s more we’re just 47 seconds down the road from Bettys Café. The 13 calories you expend on trotting to the café, makes little impact on the 2,446 calories (approximation you understand) we then consume in one of their infamous ‘Fat Rascals’ – life can be cruel.
